As we are used to know, for each mobility, even with the past program, each student before leaving his own country needs to have a contract. Individual and detailed.
Basically, nothing is different from the well-known Training Agreement. The peculiarity of the LA is that in this contract we identify the UNITS OF LEARNING OUTCOMES. In other words: do you remember the MOU? In there we’ve identified the macro-area of learning according to the students’ studies pathway. Now in each mobility contract, according to selection and according to evaluation of needs and training for each student, the person in charge to fill in these documents should identify which tasks every trainee should accomplish. Always according to the student’s LO written in the MOU.
It seems really complicate but it is not actually:
- You identify LO, macro – area, in the MOU;
- According to this macro-area each students should focus on some specific tasks. These tasks should be detailed in the LA.
Just a tip: make sure that the tasks written in the LA are not just words but are real tasks that students can develop during their work placement. How can you do that? Unfortunately you cannot know in advance. This is the plus for having a reliable partner like us!
