“Increasing the effectiveness of the pathways for the recognition of skills and the achievement of qualifications, to facilitate the learning, the employability and the mobility of migrants for professional reasons.”
These are the objectives of the Erasmus+ project Valorize N.F.I.L. (Valorize Non Formal and Informal Learning across Europe), a transnational mobility project promoted by Fondazione Casa di Carità Arti e Mestieri Onlus.
Fondazione Casa di Carità Arti e Mestieri Onlus is a nonprofit professional training institution of Christian proposal, born immediately after the First World War. Today it has 18 offices throughout Italy and internationally works through development and cooperation projects and with a training center in Arequipa, Peru.
The aim of the Fondazione is the education, training and professional, human, cultural, social and spiritual promotion of people through the implementation of projects and activities of research, guidance, education and training, updating and professional development.
This is the context of the N.F.I.L. project, a project of which our English agency, Training Vision, proudly takes part as a partner together with other important European organizations such as: IMI Sdruzhenie Mezhdunaroden Institut po Menidzhmant (Bulgaria), Confederación Española de Centros de Enseñanza – C.E.C.E. – (Spain), Lycée Charles et Adrien Dupuy (France), Ljudska univerza Ptuj (Slovenia), Comitée Européen de Coordination (Belgium).
The project has a high educational value as it aims at creating models and good practices to promote the integration into the labor market at European level. Specifically, it aims to develop a common framework for the recognition of skills, the construction of a data base of updatable information on skills in the Commerce, Catering, ICT and Healthcare sectors, define a module for the proper performance of the activities necessary for the certification of skills, train operators able to use this module and finally constitute the VYSAE (Valorize Your Skills Across Europe), the stable network for the transnational recognition of N.F.I.L.
Given the importance of the topics covered, Training Vision is happy to collaborate on this project and to work towards the achievement of these important objectives, useful to strengthen and fortify the feeling of European cooperation.
