Who? It is done by the sending organization. In the box of the details of the sending organization. the school can put either the intermediary or each different host companies where the participants are going to have their internship. Both ways are correct.
When&Where? It must be put in place by the sending organization, after the student’s selection. Then, the school fills in the part regarding the students profile, the tasks and activities that the students should do during their placement, then the school chooses how to recognize and evaluate the mobility abroad and the proof of evidence needed. The intermediary organization, if there is any, should check and verify that the tasks identified by the sending organization are correct and possible to realize according to the available work placements.
Why? This document identifies the activities that each student needs doing during the work placement. It must be accurate and reliable: so the information there should be true and mirror the activities that the students are really going to do in their work placements.
